A fire has broken out in Walthamstow, East London, at a popular shopping centre, with 125 firefighters and 20 fire engines tackling the blaze at the scene.
The cause of the fire at The Mall is not yet known, but London Fire Brigade have reported that part of the roof was set alight.
London Fire Brigade station manager Steve Smith said, "There is a lot of smoke so we would advise local residents to keep their doors and windows closed while crews tackle the fire.
"There are local road closures in place so motorists should avoid the area where possible."
The fire has been labelled a major incident but, so far, no injuries have been reported.
