IWMC 2018 – one month to go

Tickets are still available. The registration for this event will close on 14th September at noon CET.

This event will see Ragnar Wighus say farewell. Due to his retirement the long-standing IWMA President will step down from that position. A new IWMA president will be elected during a member meeting which will take place prior to the conference and will be inaugurated on day one of IWMC.
One main focus of the event will be the protection of high-rise buildings. One keynote speech and one full session will be dedicated to that pressing subject.

Another subject: The safety of city underground structures due to the use of new energy carriers. Title of the presentation: “Water Mist and NECs – the SUVEREN Research Project”.

Further topics will be: “How the fire industry can influence the future of IoT.” One further presentation will be all about actual fire incidents that were treated with water mist.

The Emergency Services Show 2018

In 2017, The Emergency Services Show featured over 450 exhibiting companies and attracted a total of 7,599 visitors, making it the biggest event in its 11-year history.
