The FIA's Internet of Things (IoT) Forum has partnered with a whole host of industry stakeholders to bring them into the crucial conversation around IoT in the fire industry. We are looking to work in collaboration with BSI, who are regular attendees to the IoT Forum, to help the fire industry with this key topic.
BSI would like to invite industry professionals to attend a round table discussion to listen to the discussion on industry challenges that will be our introduction to the academy where participants will receive a series of documents that will help them build knowledge and understand better the market. The event will also give participants the opportunity to discuss their challenges with peers and will give access to BSI (and potentially FIA) specialists to help address their individual challenges.
Also, we are keen to hear from people who want to join our panel discussion as panellists.
Building on the new legislative framework that is being introduced in the UK, this exclusive programme brings together a hand-selected group of the Fire Safety and IoT industry’s most respected leaders and manufacturers to discuss IoT enabled fire detection key challenges and best ways of addressing them to ensure product compliance on the market.
The programme
Over the coming weeks you’ll join like-minded professionals, industry peers and BSI security experts for a series of online discussions, articles, information designed to help you overcome roadblocks, whether you’re developing a connected fire safety product, already have one on the market, or just want to understand emerging regulation and embrace new opportunities.
