The Fire Trade overseas mission to South Africa is all systems go with Table Top/Seminar events in Johannesburg and Cape Town confirmed for 9^th and 11^th October respectively. With all the arrangements in place, the FIA and DIT in-country are working on the invitations to fire safety professionals across the Active Fire Protection and Fire and Rescue sectors and the confirmations of attendance are already coming in.

As for the UK participants, we already have Ampac, Eurotec, Hochiki, Johnson Controls, Nittan and Supply Plus fully confirmed and with others about to press the button, we have high hopes of a delegation reaching double figures.

There is still time to take part in what is sure to be a commercially rewarding mission in a country showing huge interest in UK fire products and services but we do need to define the final delegation shortly.
