Leading UK mental health services provider Cambian Group has specified Morley-IAS by Honeywell control panels as the fire safety product of choice for its new build programme, which is expected to include up to 100 sites in the next two-to-three years.

 

The latest DX ConneXion™ range was chosen because of its proven robustness and the fact that it is a multi-protocol system, which gives Cambian the flexibility they were looking for. Morley-IAS panels have already been installed in many of Cambian’s existing sites.

 

“Cambian Group operates many secure sites,” confirms Mike Seary, service manager at Morley-IAS partner Solid State Security Ltd, which has installed a number of Morley panels and is responsible for maintaining life safety equipment across the whole estate. “This demands a high level of flexibility from the chosen fire protection system, in order both to minimise the incidence of false alarms and ensure controlled, staged evacuation in the event of a fire-related incident.”
