The FIA along with the Service Council and I&MS have published new guidance that outlines best practices and identifies reliable testing methods, highlighting both the limitations of handheld testers and the importance of choosing appropriate techniques to ensure accurate results.

The purpose of this guidance is to educate, provide advice and to remove any confusion that those in the industry may have when they are using different types of battery testing devices.
