FIA Marketing Group
The Marketing Group meets throughout the year and is responsible for determining the marketing strategy of the Association. Our main responsibilities include:
- Brand Guardian – ensuring the FIA brand is used positively
- Press & Public Relations – ensuring that the FIA is suitably represented in the media is important. Our staff regularly contribute feature articles and opinion columns in the industry press but we also aim to provide comment on all the hot topics in fire protection
- Internal and External Newsletters – both member focused and more public facing publications are part of the remit of the Group
- Exhibitions, Conferences and Seminars – organisation of the FIA’s own conferences and seminars as well as attendance at other industry oriented shows and events, such as the International Firex Show
- Market Research – knowing what the market trends are is vital to knowing what the future will bring so we conduct research and produce survey reports on all major aspects of the industry
