The FIA has launched a one question survey to find out what job roles are the most difficult to recruit for in the current fire industry recruitment crisis. 

The survey, which takes approx 30 seconds to answer, will help provide some insight into the difficulties in recruitment that businesses are facing in the current climate. The answers will be used to help the FIA formulate plans to solve the need for more new people in the industry.
