A consultation for the National Operational Guidance for ‘Emergency Call Management: People at Risk’ has now commenced. The consultation will close at midday on Friday 1^st April with full details of the consultation being found here.

This guidance supports the Survival Guidance that has been published to date and includes guidance for establishing whether a person can evacuate and how they can do so safely. The document also includes information about effective communication, calls about people with burns and calls about people in water, including submerged casualties.
