Course outline

This half-day training course provides fundamental knowledge of the recommendations of the latest revision of BS 5839-9 - Emergency Voice Communication Systems.

At the end of the course, delegates will take an examination to test their knowledge. During the exam, delegates are allowed to access their notes and a copy of BS 5839-9:2021 if they have one available. Please note that access to a copy of BS 5839-9:2021 is not essential; the course and accompanying notes will provide all the necessary information for the exam.

If you are unsuccessful during the exam at the end of the course, you will be eligible for a free exam resit.
