The Fire Industry Association (FIA) is dedicated to shaping the future of fire safety by attracting and nurturing the next generation of professionals in our industry. The National School & College Leavers Festival (NSCL Fest) provides a unique platform to engage with school leavers and promote the wide range of career opportunities available within the fire industry.  The FIA will return for our second year at the event in November 2025.

Time: 10:00 – 14:30

Audience: School leavers, college students, and young job seekers interested in exploring career paths

As a member, this is your opportunity to showcase your company’s career opportunities through the FIA. We are inviting members to sponsor the event and enable the FIA to promote some of the exciting careers our industry, and more specifically members, have to offer.

How to get involved:

General Sponsor: £250+VAT

• Logo on all pre & post event marketing and promotion
• 1 page on your company in our A5 event brochure
• 2-minute video that will be played on loop for the duration of the event

Multiple Company Sponsorship: £400+VAT for 2 companies (an additional £50+VAT for each additional company) *this is specific to member companies within the same group*

• Each company is entitled to the same package as General Sponsor.
