When will I receive my visitors badge?
Joining instructions will be sent to you via email two weeks prior to the event and visitors badges should be collected at the registration desk on the event day.

Do I have to register or can I just turn up on the day?
We welcome ‘drop ins’ on the day but we would encourage you to register prior to attending to reduce registration waiting times on the day.

Is there parking at the venue?
Titanic Belfast has 520 secure, underground parking spaces. Parking charges begin at £2 for the first hour and £1 per hour thereafter. The underground car park is open 24hrs and has a maximum height of 2.1 metres. For high sided vehicles there are several pay and display above ground car parks available nearby on Queen’s Road.

Are children allowed to attend?
Unfortunately, children under 16 are not permitted entry to the Expo.

Can I get refreshments at the Expo?
Yes, complimentary tea and coffee will be available throughout the day and a finger buffet will be available between 12.30 and 13.30.
 

Are there disabled facilities?
All circulation spaces and galleries at Titanic Belfast are fully accessible. There are some dimensional and weight restrictions on the Shipyard Ride which may mean that some wheelchairs, and all mobility scooters, will be unable to be accommodated within the accessible car, these restrictions are detailed within the Shipyard Ride section on the Titanic Belfast website.
 
Titanic Belfast is surrounded by a flagged Plaza which is fully accessible.
Titanic Belfast has four entrances, all have level access.
The main door is the South entrance and this is revolving, the 3 other entrances are automatic bi-parting.
The main access doors take you in to the Atrium which has a granite floored surface.

How do I get there?
Titanic building is situated in the heart of Titanic Quarter, just a short walk from Belfast City Centre, with easy access to public transport.

Located just a short 5-10 minute car journey from George Best Belfast City Airport, and around a 30 minute drive from Belfast International Airport, Titanic Belfast is easily accessible via all major routes.
