Northern Ireland Regulations on Controls of Ozone Depleting Substances
Two new Regulations have been introduced with the aim to help limit Northern Ireland's emissions of ozone depleting substances, and will affect businesses involved in refrigeration, air-conditioning, heat pumps and fire protection equipment.
These Regulations come into operation from 31st July 2011:
