Third Party Certification
The FIA provides a consultancy service to help you gain certificationto quality or environmental management systems and get you on your way to getting your BAFE registration.
Initial Start-Up
A consultant will come to your offices for as long as required. This will depend upon the nature and size of your business and which schemes you are interested in. We will work with you to develop your existing work practices to deliver a practical system to suit your business.
On-going Support
The FIA will provide you with ongoing telephone and email support as required, where you have any queries or issues with your system/certification. We can assist with routine audits (as required by the schemes) and management review. If you have had your system for a while and think it could do with a re-vamp we can undertake complete reviews of existing systems to ensure continuing efficiency and effectiveness for your business.

To ensure a system is delivered effectively to pass Third Party Certification you need to:
- Work with our consultant to ensure they understand your business operations
- Ensure all staff are aware of the system requirements, and continue to work to it
- Close out non-conformities raised by internal audit and by third party inspectors
