The FIC Export Council & the Worshipful Company of Fire Fighters

Last year, whilst on an overseas mission with the Export Council several of our members decided that they needed to lose some weight. They decided that it would be better if they all worked together and provided support for each other, as well as using it as an opportunity to raise money for charity.
The FIC Export Council's nominated Charity is the Worshipful Company of Firefighters'Charitable Trust.
Simon Whittall from AirSense, Bob Nixon from 3M, Martin Duggan from FIC and Viv Jones from Vimpex asked friends and family to sponsor their weight loss.

In total they raised £560, which was presented to the new master, Martin Coffey by the FIC Export Chairman, Tracy Kirk, on 8th July 2006 at the annual Worshipful Company of Firefighter's Salamander Ball.
